Our Story

Connecting wine lovers to wine country for over 23 years  

Touring & Tasting was founded in 1995 by three enterprising partners who saw the emerging potential in wine tourism in the U.S. The initial goal was to publish a premium quality magazine twice a year with rich, in-depth content that would inspire people to travel to established as well as up-and-coming wine regions. As the wine industry and the appeal of wine tourism grew, wine clubs, a wine sales program, wine festivals, digital marketing, a wine cruise division, and a new wine country tour division were added. And today, over two decades later, we are proud of our position as the leading marketing and media company in the wine tourism industry —  connecting our marketing partners with the wine tourist audience.

Our mission is to provide the inspiration and information to help people discover and experience the best of wine country. Through our iconic magazine, media channels, cruise division and now, our new tour division, we’re ready to take you to wine country and personally show you the way.
