Mix the sea salt with the cayenne pepper on a small plate and roll jicama in mixture to coat on all sides. Reserve for garnish.
Fill two large glasses with ice.
In a martini shaker, fill ¾ full with ice, add Mezcal Joven, lemonade, passion puree, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake drink well, then strain and pour into drink glasses.
Garnish with mango slices, jicama sticks and fresh basil tops.
