Insider Tips

Culinary events, board meetings, weddings and receptions, organic business practices, fitness studio, spa, retail boutique.

Welcoming and sophisticated, Allison Inn & Spa is the quintessential place to stay when visiting the Willamette Valley. Designed with oenophiles in mind, the luxury resort on 35 hillside acres is adorned with abundant flower and herb gardens, groves of deciduous and conifer trees, seven acres of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris vineyards, and a one-and-a-half acre chef’s garden.

Each of the 85 spacious accommodations, including eight suites, features a gas fireplace, window seat, built-in satellite television, automated window shades, private terrace or balcony with hillside or vineyard views, and the pièce de résistance: a bespoke table hand carved of Oregon walnut. The spa-like bathrooms boast a double vanity sink and soaking tub.

The options for leisure time seem endless with 15,000 square feet of space dedicated to health, wellness, and pampering. There’s a state-of-the-art fitness studio; an indoor swimming pool; private men’s, women’s, and coed lounges; and a spa with 12 treatment rooms featuring soothing services like pinotherapy.

Allison’s signature restaurant, JORY, features tasteful menus that honor the region’s bountiful local agriculture. Executive Chef Sunny Jin is a master when it comes to Oregon Wine Country Cuisine. The 100-seat restaurant pays tribute to Oregon’s seasonal offerings of seafood, fowl, beef, and local legumes—many gathered from the chef’s garden. The Open Kitchen is popular with casual drop-in guests, while the Chef’s Table is the perfect venue for culinary feasts and special occasions, or parties of two to ten guests. In warm weather months, guests can dine al fresco. The lively Living Room and JORY Bar ensure a fun time, be it for jazz on the weekends, Celebrity Wine-Tender evenings on Thursdays, or outdoor cocktails and light fare on the terrace.

Allison Inn & Spa embraces everything green. It is one of the few properties globally that has received LEED Gold certification. This award is presented with respect to those that follow strict “green seal” practices in construction and sustainable operations. Both the Allison Spa and JORY have also earned a Four Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide.

In its short history, Allison Inn & Spa has become an ideal wine country escape.

For more information, please visit:
