Roxo Port Sangria

Recall the glorious, sunny days of Spain with a pitcher of fruit-packed Sangria to share with friends and family.

Servings: 1 large pitcher

Cook Time: 10 minutes plus overnight chilling

Pair With: Tapas--like Roasted Eggplant.

1 (750 ml) bottle fruity red wine
1 cup creme di cassis
1 cup Roxo Port Ruby Tradicional port wine
1 cup triple sec
1 cup brandy
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 lemon, juiced
1 cinnamon stick
2  oranges, cut into chunks
2  lemons, cut into chunks
2  limes, cut into chunks
Strawberries and fresh cherries for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher, best at least 1 day ahead of time and place in the refrigerator.
Stir well before serving and pour into wine glasses. Garnish with orange, lemon, lime wheels, berries and cherries.
