Tama's Chianti Cooler

Pretty in pink and it goes down smoooooth…the crisp berry flavor of Chianti is sweetened with orange juice and Simple Syrup. The addition of dry egg white adds a tasty foam.

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Pair With: Pair with roast chicken, chicken pasta or a turkey sandwich.

1/2 cup Chianti
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
1 tablespoon dry egg white
dash cinnamon
1 cup ice


Mix everything on high in a blender until frothy. Serve immediately in a champagne flute.
