Terra d'Oro Cherry Cloud

Zin and cherry--zinfully delicious! Pisco and lemon give this cocktail a bit of zing.

1 ounce Terra d'Oro Zinfandel Port
1 1/2 ounces pisco sour
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 once Cherry Heering liqueur
1 egg white
dash orange bitters


Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake vigorously (without ice) for about 20-30 seconds to make the egg white frothy. Add ice, then shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Sprinkle dashes of orange bitters across the surface of the drink.
