Terra d'Oro Port of Manhattan

Delicious Terra d'Oro Port is fortified with whiskey and a dash of Angostura bitters. A bracing drink packed with flavor!

2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce Terra d'Oro Port
2 dashes Angostura bitters
drunken cherry


Stir whiskey, port and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a martini glass or serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a drunken cherry.

(Drunken cherries: fill a small jar with sour baking cherries. Add enough port to cover the cherries. Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks.)
