Conundrum's Prosciutto & Apple Panini

Love paninis? Sweet apples, salty proscuitto and creamy Brie make for a delightfully delicious taste combination. Pair it with Conundrum White 2012.

INGREDIENTS

8 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup apple butter
4 ounces Brie, sliced
2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
4 slices prosciutto
4 tablespoons chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

Heat Panini Grill to 375°F.

Butter one side of each piece of bread and place on panini maker, butter side down. Spread apple butter on the other side of the bread. Layer on brie, apples, prosciutto and pecans, then top with another slice of bread spread with apple butter on one side and regular butter on the other. Grill 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately and enjoy!
