Viansa's Double Dark Chocolate Balsamic Brownies

1 stick butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoon Viansa Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup all purpose flour
Fresh whipped cream and raspberries for serving


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9" x 9" pan. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a large glass bowl in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and Viansa Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, then gently fold in the flour. Place batter in greased pan and bake for 35 minutes.

Cut into 12 squares and serve with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
