Applewood Inn & Restaurant's Honey Cannoli

<p> 3/4 butter<br /> 1 1/2 powder sugar <br /> 3 egg whites<br /> 3/8 cup honey<br /> 1 1/2 cup flour </p> <p> *marscapone and honey, to taste</p>


<p> <strong>Directions</strong><br /> Cream the butter and powdered sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the egg whites, mix. Add the honey, mix. Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Spread the batter to fill  2.5 inch circles stenciled on parchment and bake in a 300 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Immediately wrap each around a cannoli mold and let cool. Remove carefully. Fill with mascarpone whipped with honey (to your taste). Serve with fresh fruit. </p>
