INGREDIENTS

3/4 butter<br />
1 1/2 powder sugar&nbsp;<br />
3 egg whites<br />
3/8 cup honey<br />
1 1/2 cup flour&nbsp;</p>
<p>
*marscapone and honey, to taste</p>

Cream the butter and powdered sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the egg whites, mix. Add the honey, mix. Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Spread the batter to fill&nbsp; 2.5 inch circles stenciled on parchment and bake in a 300 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Immediately wrap each around a cannoli mold and let cool. Remove carefully. Fill with mascarpone whipped with honey (to your taste). Serve with fresh fruit.&nbsp;</p>
