1. Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

No, smoking is prohibited within the tour vehicle.

 

2. Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the vehicle?

Yes, please feel free to bring your own beverages or open purchased bottles from your tours as we journey from place to place.

 

3. Is a deposit required to book my tour?

Yes. A minimum deposit is required at time of booking and can be applied to the final cost of the tour. Deposit is only refundable up to 72 hours before date of tour.

 

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

 

5. What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your tour you must let us know at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancel by emailing tours@touringandtasting.com or calling 1-800-850-4470 ext 101.

 

6. Are tasting fees included?

No, you are responsible for all fees and costs of meals while on your tour. Ask us about getting special upgrades and enhanced experiences!

 

7. Can a tour pick up outside of Napa, Sonoma, Lodi, or Livermore?

Yes. Additional fees may apply.

 

8. Are itineraries custom or pre-planned?

Our Tour Director creates a custom tour just for you. All trip itineraries are planned according to your interests, budget, and time.
