The Inspiration Tasting is a curated flight of vineyard-designate wines, including library vintages and special limited-production bottlings. Personally hosted in The Inspiration Room by an Estate Sommelier, this shared educational experience features six highly allocated releases of single vineyard Pinot Noir, highlighting the elegance, balance and natural acidity that is our winemaking hallmark. This wine flight is served with three "impeccable pairings" that reflect both the versatility of the wines and the bounty of Sonoma County, prepared by Chef Didier Ageorges.
